The experience working with Chef Valerie, and her entire team, from start to finish was absolutely flawless.  They are a professional, timely, attentive to detail, incredibly talented team. Initially, our contract was for a women's retreat with multiple meals and snacks prepared onsite, but due to unforeseen health circumstances that event had to be moved and Chef Valerie was able to transition the deposit to help support my healing process while I was sick with personal chef prepared meals. Their approach to catering for the guests and making them feel special was a nice touch and their setup of the table, service and personalized demeanor made it a wonderful evening for all. The quality of the prepared meals is beyond amazing.  You get tailored and personalized cooking in your own home for the week and it all tastes amazing.  Valerie does a great job shopping for food and much better than I typically do.  She’ll go to the stores you request and she responds fast to any menu tweaks.
